Honestly even one start is a waste for this chipotle. Found this piece of plastic inside my bowl. I can just tell a few workers here just don’t want to work. Poor service overall. Flies everywhere. Ingredients mixed up here and there. Don’t even go here, it’s a waste of your time. Not even joking.

Would behoove management to hire people that are literate. Online group order and not one single order was correct. Items with guacamole (extra charge) were given sour cream, incorrect ingredients, and brown avocado in guacamole. Absolutely ridiculous there is no quality control and a guessing game to see who’s order is what. Will not be returning and franchisee should be ashamed.

Consistently bad experiences here. All the 3 Veggie Burrito Bowl that we ordered online had most of the toppings missing. They just gave rice , beans and a hot sauce.

So I was wondering why the ratings were low! I realized as soon as I started placing my order. The dude working there kept rushing me to give him the full list of the toppings, I don’t even remember what I ended up putting there! Albeit he was very generous with the portions. Love our kind (but not nice lol) east coast people for that. The food was actually pretty good

Heyanna was amazing. She got my order perfect, was polite with an amazing smile. Everyone in front and behind were mentioning how great she was. She made orders fast and there was never a long line. I will be back again just because of her!!!

If you come (you shouldn’t) don’t order online – they won’t prioritize it, which is fine but I was waiting for 20 minutes while it was just sitting in the kitchen ready to go & not brought out to the to go shelf. All while the manager was screaming at the employees and customers. Overall bad experience.

Terrible experience, do not come here. We ordered online two bowls for a 6:20pm, Feb. 18th take out. I went in the store at 6:17pm, checked the shelves, there was nothing and sat down to patiently wait. After a while, I asked the staff what is the status of the order and before I could finish my sentence, I was interrupted with “did you check the shelves” and the lady turned around and walked away.

Worst Chipotle of all time. Ordered a bowl with everything. Got a bowl with 5 pieces of chicken, cup of sour cream and cheese. Order your ingredients and stop being lazy. Bad service and a very disrespectful manager. I asked that the music be turned down to a respectable level, the employee understood and followed through, then the manager disregarded that and turned it up to a point where it is difficult to hear the sound from your own earbuds.
