Pretentious bar food. I ordered a Budweiser in this St. Louis Kitchen & Bar and the waitress said “Budweiser?” She literally had no idea what I was talking about. The food was easily the worst I’ve had since moving to the St. Louis area. The tortillas were dry, the lettuce was white & brown. The pizza looked like it was three days old.

Fariñas is a brand new steakhouse that opened a few days ago. I was absolutely impressed with the waitstaff and the chefs. They greeted me with enthusiasm and assisted me with my food choices. Highly aware and respectful of food allergies! I started my meal with their fried cheese. Talk about mouth watering and delicious! For the main course, I wanted the 16oz Strip Steak on the stone grill. Wow, it was perfectly seasoned and I opted for the grilled asparagus as a side. I am truly confident that this restaurant will be the heart and the go-to dinner choice for all of St. Louis! Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a luxury dining experience!

So much fun!! Truly an experience eating here. The entree comes out on a hot stone (like almost 800 degrees hot) and you can control the cook on your meat. I had the lamb, deliciously seasoned. The wait staff was very helpful and attentive and the chef/owner even came out to talk with our table. It’s a new place, only been open for 3 months, so definitely give it a try. I’d love for them to succeed.

Fantastic experience with the 750 degree rock to sear the meat. We got the “right off the grill” heat and sealed-in flavors. Absolutely worth the time to get here and cook the food as we like it!

I’ve been looking forward to trying out this place for a while and was glad to finally get here. The atmosphere was intimate and inviting. Definitely ideal date atmosphere. The drinks were tasty and strong, something that only happens when I prepare my own drinks. For appetizers, we had empanadas. For entree, we had ribeyes paired with french fries and platinos and maduros. As well as a side salad to start with. Be sure 2 order the raspberry vinegarate. Meal was amazing, 1 of our new go to spots!

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Had a couple Old Fashioned cocktails and the filet which was fun to cook on the hot stone. I had an enjoyable evening. Our waitress was great.

Shareena (spelling?) was so helpful and attentive, def a great asset to this new Argentinian restaurant. Food was delicious, empanada was surprising, never had garlicky empanadas before. Within walking distance of the Dome. Check it out!
