I ordered from them online and accidentally chose this store instead of the one by my house. When I called to ask them for a refund, they refused and said I had to call corporate or look online for the number, but there were no corporate numbers, only numbers to their stores. They refused to cancel the order or give me my money back. Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

Very bad service. After having wrappers from the salami in a sandwich, I decided to try again after a few months. I ordered an egg salad sandwich (was not told they don’t have that anymore) Got home to eat my sandwich and I have no clue what she gave me, but it’s not what I asked for. It was still on the menu in store. Upon trying to call, I can’t get through to the store. Very unprofessional. I won’t be eating there ever again.

Stopped in 10/1 for a #24. I had previously purchased this item with no issues. Well, don’t know what it was but this time was pretty bad. The bread was soggy and the onions had a sour taste to them like they should have been thriwn out yesterday. For me, it takes one bad experience and then I never go back. Plus, I wanted to get some ice cream but they just took too long to get someone to assist. Yes, no more #24’s.
