The worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. We did drive thru and they completely did a mess with our order putting sugar in a coffee while we did not require it , putting the wrong syrup in another one. I got off the car and I entered the dunkin’ to let them remake me the drink correctly. There was a lady that said “no everything is fine here” and I left with my wrong drinks because i didn’t want to argue anymore. This is not even the first time that they get me a drink wrong

This location was renovated in 2023. Very clean, but does have less seating. I usually order via the app and use the drive thru. The new drive thru menu is very bright at night. Also there is no longer an overhead cover at the pickup window, so if it raining expect to get wet.

I love dunkin but they really should drop their prices…get back the customers who spend their coins at the competition. Make combo deals again with coffee and donuts and bagels. Drop donuts to $1 or at least glazed and chocolate and powder..the simple ones… idk how their quarterly stats are but if you’re reading tell the suits if they want to get ahead in the race this is how you do it. This establishment is standard with the rest.

Walked in and nobody’s at the front counter but there’s two people working drive thru for one car. Waited about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Ordered a strawberry coolatta and an iced coffee. I don’t know what they concocted for the strawberry coolatta but it was definitely wasn’t a coolatta. It was disgusting ! And the iced coffee tasted gross. Watered down with milk. Both were disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this location ! Workers probably need more training on how to make the drinks correctly ! Will not be returning !

Today I ordered a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant toasted. I placed the order on the app for pick up in drive thru. Service was good, I received my food quockly. The croissant was a little burnt but also soggy a very weird experience. Every Dunkin I’ve been to has been different when it comes to food. The best one for fresh hot food quickly was in Westport; it was walk in only.
