Went there and stood in line almost 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. There were 3 girls doing take out orders and none of them even said 1 word to me or that they would take my order. When I asked if anyone was available to take our order she said “No we are backed up right now and I don’t know how long it will be”. Worst customer service EVER! If any of them would have even said they would be with me as soon as possible I would have understood. She was rude when answering me and the other two girls did nothing as well!! Super disappointing!! We ended up leaving with nothing!!

Sorry to leave a negative review, but the food was not great at all. We had Mac and Cheese and Zuchini Noodle with Pesto. Both of them had no taste at all. What I hate about this place the most is that all the dishes come in plastic containers and cutlery. This is a waste of resources. Staff on the other hand was super friendly and helpful. No complaints there. Place is clean and well kept.

The food was good but the price was way too high. I paid $18 for a bowl of spaghetti, a drink, and a rice crispy bar. The portions are smaller than they used to be. If you want to pay $18 for lunch, I would recommend a higher quality establishment.

I went with my boyfriend and my toddler for lunch, I got my son a kids meal, the chicken & my boyfriend took a piece to try it and there was a bone in it. Luckily my son didn’t eat that piece or he could have choked. We asked for a refund on the kids meal but they just refunded us for the chicken and not the entire kids meal. Just ridiculous.

I observed staff going from running the $$$ till and making $$change handling money and going straight into food prep with absolutely NO HANDWASHING!!!! UGHA!! These are the same staff a few months ago wearing maskes! LOLOL! Overall the entire restraint had very poor sanitation practice. Health standards for consumer food prep a HUGE CONCERN HERE! … SADLYI WILL NOT BE BACK ! THIS USED TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT IN ROCHESTER
