For sure a great slice. But would I drove totally out of my way for it. No. The crust is amazing and their hot honey is great. I wish the pepperoni had more pepperoni on it, but all of the slices were really good, and probably one of the better pizzas in all of Phoenix.

I’m am so glad that I stopped by for lunch today! I got two slices. The Green with a pesto crema and jalapeño pineapple marmalade and the Spicy Sausage with calabrian chilis, ricotta, and a hot honey drizzle. Both were amazing! Loved the crust. Loved the freshness. Loved the ambiance, friendly service, and even the music in the restaurant. Topped it off with a cannoli that I forget the name of but it had fruity pebbles on it. Delicious! Definitely a place I will visit again whenever I can.

I have been across the street from this place dozens of times and never went in. I met some family there who knew the owners. Rumor is Metallica is gonna grab some slices when they come through later this year. It is a small space. Slices n brews for a night of crawling around concerts or bars or 1st Fridays here in Phoenix. The calzone was fresh n crispy. The atmosphere was dope in that the bottles on the wall date back to prohibition era and were found during renovation. I will definitely go again.

I have been to the van buren dozens of times with my wife and I have never come into this place. I heard maybe Metallica might gets some bites when they come through later this year. So I meet my wife’s family there and order what he recommends to drink n a calzone. Something I have not had since Brooklyn Pizza in Tucson az many years ago. Hard to beat in my eyes. You can definitely taste the freshness and brick oven thin crust is great when it is done right. I heard the bottles on the walls are prohibition era bottles found during renovation which was cool. Artwork is different which makes it cool and it’s great to see historical places like old garages turned into something new and great and now. Definitely will go again.

Pizza is good not great. Just expected a lot more from a local pizza place. No ice for cold beverages(it’s Phoenix, Arizona) gnats or fruit flies in the building. We got the hot wings and they were terrible. Sauce is pure vinegar without any nice crispy skin to the wing.

One of my favorite spots in downtown Phoenix. Quality pizza, great service, and a lot of options to choose from. The sauce, toppings, crust, all of it is such a unique flavor that you can’t find in Phoenix. Love the pep and and Vodka slice (vodka slice pictured below). Everyone I have ever taken or recommended here has loved it!

Super friendly workers and the pizza is so good! Reminds me of pizza from back east! It’s my favorite pizza downtown. Last time I went it was one of the cooks birthdays and they had a little cake for him and we all sang him happy birthday! Seems like a nice place to work and makes the atmosphere nice!

Chic pizzeria serving tasty by-the-slice pizza. The food and service was great. My only complaint was that one of the pizzas wasn’t very fresh.

Great pizza. Cool place. Didn’t like that I almost had to yell at one point just so my friend would hear me over the music.

Pizza is phenomenal. Wings are fantastic. Only gripe is during lunch hour, the line wraps into the tables where people are sitting. Needs poles to group people together better while in line. Put them near the pizza windows. They can watch pizzas get made while in line. And recommend a pager system, the poor cashier can’t keep up with peoples orders AND deliver pizzas to tables at the same time during rush hour. Have customers grab their own pizza to limit the time the cashier is away from the register.
