Finally we have a place for good chaat items in Bakersfield! Dahi bhalla was fantastic! Masala dosa was ok-ish. Aaloo Masala could have been better. One thing for sure : I will visit again to try other dahi chaat items.

Absolutely amazing Indian street food and fusion street food! I would definitely recommend you to give it a try! I am posting this after multiple trips, as I have found that to give you a more accurate feel for a place. The dosas are on point! Everything has an authentic taste! You must try all the exciting Indian flavored ice cream an absolutely delightful treat on a warm summers day. Samuel the owner is very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to food allergies.

When we arrived she took our order, but one plate was missing When we got served. After about 15 min we told the waiter and confirmed with him that there was a plate we were waiting on still. Other people were getting served but our order took the longest time to come out. They served us a small cup of water, but nothing to get too excited about cause they don’t do any refills or check up on their guests to see what else they might need. When we got up to pay we were at the register waiting for the employee to pull up our tab. The employee brought up a relative/friend’s tab before us even after we were there ahead of them waiting to pay. Not even a thank you have a nice day after paying. Overall, there is no organization and bad customer service. Although the food was good I recommend going somewhere else.
