Oxtails with rice and peas which are rice and a touch of beans, which is fine with me. Also, has cabbage as a side. Oxtails have an awesome flavor!!! Loved it and the amount they give you is a plus!!! On my photo, I had already eaten 2 small ones and a medium one and it still was a lot more left for my photo. Nice amount of rice and peas per usual with restaurants – had a good, light flavor on them. Cabbage was lightly flavored, needed more seasonings in which you can season to your liking yourself. Tbh, the Oxtails alone are 5 stars!!! If it wasn’t for the sides, it would’ve definitely been a five stair review.

I’ve tried this place three times because I don’t like giving up on us. I ordered jerk chicken, what I was served was burnt chicken. I ordered over the phone, drove to pick it up it wasn’t ready so I paid. Walked back to my vehicle. Walked back into the place I could smell a burning smell didn’t think much. Order came out , went home, open my box It was my order. I will not do it again. The gravy was extremely burnt and the meat was as well at the bottom.

Food hands down delicious. Just check your order before leaving. I was looking forward to my beef pattie, she forgot to put it in my bag:-( i did not check behind the cashier because she was so nice i thought she had it together. i didn’t feel like calling to inform the store nor going back to get it. just check and make sure u got everything u paid for.

My daughter and I have been eating here for over 10 years, with only 1 incident where the food was lukewarm. On Sunday, we had our usual, but the meat had a burnt taste. This was very disappointing, so we returned our food, for a refund. The female seem to not believe we were telling the truth. We’ll come back. It’s one of our favorite spots.

Long wait, close to an hour; I’ll definitely call ahead next time. However, they made up for it with the taste, freshness and quantity of the food. I will be back. May I suggest that you offer your patrons a drink on the house while they wait, its just good customer service. Come nah Mon, we can do better.

First time here. Staff was nice! They make their own ginger beer. This is the real deal. They get crowded quickly so make your order early as possible. Great food! I had the ox tails sooooo good.

Ordered the Rasta pasta with Salmon and got a thin piece of fish that comes from the freezer section of a grocery store over about a pound of pasta and the fish wasn’t even salmon it was tough in texture and the texture of salmon is flaky. Never will I order here again, when charging over $20 for salmon at least give customers fresh salmon and a thicker cut. The pasta was seasoned well but I expected a little spice to be added to it. This is why I cook at home most of the time my food usually tastes better because my food has an ingredient that most of these restaurants lack these days: LOVE. When a cook looks at a dish that they have cooked one question should be asked: Would I eat this or pay for this? If the answer is no then don’t serve it.A lot of these restaurants are trying to go the cheapest route while raising prices but the quality of the food is suffering. People are noticing and it’s going to hurt all the establishments that are doing this people don’t spend their hard earned money for mediocre or less than mediocre service.

The food was really good. However…. it made me sick the following morning. It sucks because it’s been a long time since I had oxtails so I was looking forward to this oxtail plate. I’m not sure if it was the oxtails themselves or the barbecue sauce I ordered with the oxtails or both but it didn’t sit well with my stomach. ☹️ I also decided to “test the waters” the next day and eat a small piece of the left over oxtail to see if anything happens, and yes my stomach is in a uproar again. (Side note: my friend who told me about the place said they had good food and that I should try them out, so we did and as we were about to get our food and leave he said he saw the girl eating behind the counter and licking her fingers before bagging our food up… HE said this… I wish he said something to me before we walked out the door though because that’s unsanitary..) Do what yall wish with this information.
