My delivery tonight was fantasitc, even though id put in the wrong adress my driver had called me and gotten my food to me promptly, she had even paid attention to the note on my sandwhich name asking for the jalapeños chips instead, which werent an option when ordering online. I dont like to order food for delivery in the first place, but I feel like if I were to order from this store again I would be just as happy with my results! My food also had been fantastic ♡

I paid extra for avocado spread – there is a dot on my sandwich. I called the store and the worker said to look under the Turkey- and by golly there is a small dot there. Is it worth .99 – NOPE!! I will not order from this restaurant again.

I went home to have lunch with my wife. We ordered at 11:30am, the app said it was out for delivery at 12:25, I left for work at 1:00pm and the two sandwiches still hadn’t arrived. We only live 2 miles away. I called before I left for work and the guy on the phone just said “We’re really busy, it’s its on its way”. No apology or anything. I don’t blame the workers, but if it is going to take over an hour and a half, maybe have a note online about it, or stop delivery for a while. Very poor business model.

This place is so bad, they owe me a star. The lobby is closed, all orders must be done via drive thru. That is not freaky fast. I waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker and another 4 minutes for someone to take my order. I added bacon to the sandwich (the sign said $1.99) and was told my total was $11.55.

I had ordered online on New Years Eve between 4-4:30pm and I totally understand that most places close early because of the holiday, however I didn’t know until after I made my order, paid and checked that my order was confirmed through the tracker, that they closed at 4pm when I got there at 4:25pm. Went to this Jimmy John’s for 4 meals with my family. The man was very short with us because he simply didn’t want to make that many sandwiches. We wanted to ensure the kids didn’t have tomatoe on the sandwich and he stated, “Read the menu”….. well the menu just had Ham & Cheese as the description.
