First and last time at this location. I ordered steak noodles and there were 4 tiny pieces of steak in it (that costed $4.25 extra with the noodles), it was burnt, it smelled like plastic and the noodles were so dry and flavorless. Take a look at the picture. Save your money and time and don’t bother coming here

My Mac n cheese was good noodles were overcooked. My wife’s salad was somewhat empty, it had a little bit of lettuce in it but she says it was good but wished the bowl was full to the top. Other relocations fill it up to the brim!

Glad to come back after years of going to Noodles and Company. Menu had been streamlined and the food is just as good, if not better. Service was great. Staff is friendly and responsive to needs and questions. Definitely will be back since they are closer to home than the three other locations

Of all the Noodles & co locations Downers Grove is on the way home from work for my hubby most consistent with their food I eat Gluten free the Noodles App has a glitch sometimes messes up my order between me & the restaurant like 1/2 spaghetti noodles 1/2 gf pippettes or extra noodles many times employees call to check make sure you get what you ordered… . . I have my husband check now .like most everything portions have gotten smaller.. noodles is offering daily rewards now a big plus!

It was the worse location we’ve been too. Tables were dirty, the entire floor was sticky. Employees seemed more concerned about them getting a break to sit down and eat. Food was blah. Soda machine was out of syrups. Just an overall horrible service

This is a solid Noodles & Co. location. Came here a couple times while staying in the area- got the pesto cavatappi and the penne fresca and both were phenomenal.

I live 4 blocks away from this location so I am glad they are awesome. Since the old days, portions have shrunk, but I get what I want by ordering extra noodles extra sauce. Spaghetti and meatballs. They have never messed up in 20 visits or so.
