Anyone looking for a good little ceasers pizza go to the one in Redford on Five Mile and Beech Daly. Im convinced no one want’s to work at this Dearborn Heights location. To much socializing going on here. Pizza looked ok but was warm, dry and hard! No cheese pull at all. And can someone explain why every time I get pizza from this location one side of the pizza is always thicker than the other and slices are never even….

Completely ridiculous. I ordered for Doordash tonight. Pizza was cold and undercooked and coated in sauce to the point of not being able to eat it. And they put Pizza sauce on my Italian cheese break. Who does that?? I’ll be calling corporate in the morning.

The phone is good and it’s one of the busiest Little Caesars I have come across. There are times when this particular location doesn’t provide the service correctly. Whether it’s waiting for 2 hours to get your food or employees listening to music and conversing with their friends over the counter. It’s best to pick and choose the time you’ll want to get food from this location. After work isn’t the best time I have found out but around noon things seem to be on track.

We ordered 3 pizzas (2 hot n ready and a pretzel) and it took them an hour before we ever had our food. They took and made other orders before ours and were extremely rude. Heard employees in the back saying “no don’t make that ticket that can wait, make this one” . I placed our order in the app and was promised our food at a certain time and it was waaayyyyy past that. I will NOT be going back to this location ever again.

The staff were friendly and actually good at their jobs. Originally my wife got us just a hot and ready. When we got it home the first time the pizza was doughy and a little under cooked. I called and spoke to the manager and she immediately without hesitation told me I could come get a replacement which is a nice change of pace.

Came in to pick up my online order, that notified me that it was ready! waited 25 min to grab my two “hot n readys” that were supposed to be “ready” whole time I’m waiting for my pizza workers in the back talking about they’re experiences “with white women, and that they hate being with a white woman” whole staff seemed to be chatting it up in the back while having a line of customers out the door

The SLOWEST little ceasers I’ve ever been to. There’s nothing hot or READY about it. Took 25 whole minutes and counting to make some crazy bread. AND IM STILL WAITING. Why not just tell people ahead of time how long it’s going to take?? There are like 15 other people here in the lobby waiting now cause it’s so slow. And they seem rude on top of it

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza almost all of the salt was on the pizza and not the crust and a best most bestest pizza supposed to have a ton of pepperoni on it and it didn’t very disappointing again.

The absolute WORST service I’ve ever received by an actual Manager! I ordered online and they partner with Door Dash for delivery. The door dash driver dropped my food on the ground so it was no good, plus, he didn’t bring the correct drink I ordered. When I called to get it taken off my bill, the MANAGER actually said to me “It’s not Little Caesars fault so what do you want me to do about it?” First, I responded “Excuse me,” because I couldn’t believe he said that. I asked him again to remove it from my bill (the order was only $6.99) and he sarcastically said again, “We can’t take it off, it’s not our fault that door dash dropped your food. And if you want a different drink, you’re going to have to come in and get it.” I honestly couldn’t believe that a Manager was actually saying this to me??!!!! I asked him who was his supervisor and he responded “Ain’t nobody in charge of me.” Honestly, I thought that I was being pranked until he hung up the phone on me. I immediately called Door Dash support and was given a refund of 50%. I will proceed to file a complaint against the Manager who I strongly believe is in the WRONG line of business. Horrible customer experience!!!!
