Normally have no issues here. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Service is quick. Great for my morning commute. But several times the staff had handed me the wrong order (I usually other from the app). I’ve wasted money and points. By the time I realize, I’m too far down 23 to bother making several u-turns to get it fixed. Please just look in the bag before handing off anything. I can’t tell what’s wrapped in there to know if it’s right.

I used to be a regular at this location becuase of how friendly the staff has been. But recently the attitude of the younger employees has been cold and rude, especially the female employees. Also, no matter how far in advance I place my mobile order it never seems to be ready when I arrive. It seems only the two male shift leaders are on top of their orders and forming positive interactions with the customers. I’ll be taking my business to another location from now on

Where is Dunkin’ donuts ever I went there it took forever first of all second of all I order snack and bacon like I order from Dunkin’ Donuts is all over the place from the end of Long Island to the end of Jersey to the end of Pennsylvania to the end of New York this is the one and only Dunkin’ Donuts that told me they’re not allowed to heat the snack and bacon unbelievable I get it from every other place every day sometimes two three times a day and I always tell them to burn it and they do never ever that I ever hear that they said that corporate said they’re not allowed to heat the snack and bacon never heard that before so I will no longer be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts I used to go there twice a day now I will not go there no more I do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts
