I have to say the food was great. The filet was perfectly cooked medium rare and the flavor was awesome. That being said, the service was lacking. Our waiter was new (his third night). That in itself wasn’t bad, he was trying hard. He had what seemed to be a veteran waiter working with him and that gentleman did a lot. It felt like it took forever for either one of them anytime we asked for something, including our check. Then our bill was completely messed up, having charged for things not ordered and taking way too long to make the charges on our cards with that being a mess as well. We were traveling from Florida on our way home to Indiana after vacation. All the delays added at least a half hour/45 minutes to our trip. Our 15 and a half hour trip turned into well over 16 hours. I would definitely eat there again, but they need to work on their service.

This was one of the single best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I visited with my husband and 2-year old. Our server was so kind and accommodating with our son, she played with him and brought him a special treat. I’ve never had a server go out of her way like that to make our dining experience excellent. Our food was great, prepared exactly how we ordered it, and service was prompt. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The food was good but for the price, you really don’t get much food. I ordered sirloin tips medium done. It was well done. My husband ordered a steak well done and got it medium rare. Sent his back and still was pink in the middle when he got it back. The waitress was apologetic but after all that, seemed to avoid our table and after we were finished, it took us what seemed forever to get our bill so we could leave. We also got to listen to her complaining to coworkers about not cleaning up a mess on the bar. Do not recommend.

Great food but service was really lacking. When we got there, they were mildly busy. We waited to be seated, but there was no hostess present. Numerous staff walked by us, seeing that we were waiting for a seat (many many tables were available ) a few staff acknowledged us and told us that someone would be with us shortly. We ended up standing there pretty much being ignored for 15 minutes. Finally “get this ” the dishwasher sat us at a table in the bar. We waited another 10 minutes for a waitress. She was less than friendly. Other than bringing our drinks, taking our order, bringing food, then the check we never saw her. We had to get the bartender to get our drinks refilled and get to go containers. We probably won’t go back because the food was really good, but all 3 times we’ve been there, the service was really lacking

This place is awesome. My son has food allergies. The head chef came out to talk to us about my son’s allergies and helped us figure out his meal. As we were eating the head chef returned to make sure our food was delicious. My husband’s and son’s steaks were cooked perfectly. The food was delicious and the service great.

The serving sizes were small, a penny wise pound foolish strategy for a steak house. The prices were above average slightly. The server was pleasant, but the inside was well worn and still functional. The food was ok and basic. The water tasted metallic. Nothing was bad but nothing stood out to give them a 3 star.

The food is always great.. the wait staff for the most part are nice, most of them act like they too busy to deal with you. Just seems like Everytime we go. At least 5 workers will pass is up before we are seated. When we ask for extra sides we normally don’t get them. They can be slow and you can still not receive a refill on your drink. For the price you pay I would like to see better customer service.

We go thru this way a couple times a year and liked this place in the past, but we won’t be back after today. Our server was very good–friendly, attentive, accurate–but the quality of the food has gone way downhill. It was bland, generic, tasteless. Burgers and sides were skimpy and salad was iceberg lettuce with canned fruit. All very budget quality but not at budget prices. Could have had **much** better food for much less at the nearby Wendy’s.

We’ve eaten here many times but lately the food and the service have gone down hill. During our last visit in February 2014 the food tasted like it was re-heated. The portions they gave were pathetic for the prices we were charged. The front end is run by high school kids who have very little social skills. While we were waiting for service I watched the host text on his phone for 15 minutes. Our server had no personality. None of my party ate even half of their entree’s because they tasted like crap. I ordered a salad which I could tell had been prepared hours before and refrigerated. The bread was stale and reheated. So all-in-all, the food was poor, the service was poor, and we won’t be going back. In my opinion, Sagebrush sacrificed quality and quantity for profits. In the long run, it’s going to cost them far more than they tried to save.

Have eaten here several times as this is the closest steakhouse to my house. The steaks are always good. However, everything else there seems either or of a can or dried out from being over cooked. Ordered a margarita once. Upgraded to top shelf. Waitress came back 3 times to tell me they didn’t have the tequila I preferred after being told it was available. They charge extra for loaded baked potato. Which is fine if it actually came loaded. By the time you finish with the top the potato is h too dry to eat. Don’t refill your drinks often, and isn’t very clean.
