Delicious food from Puerto Rico the arroz con gandulez is the best i have had in a very long time, their pinchos are to die for, the chicharron was outstanding and their mofongo was amazing as well. All the food i have tried from their food truck has been outstanding i definitely recommend it.

I have been looking for great Puerto Rican food in Colorado Springs. My husband is from Puerto Rico and fell in love with the food. Authentic! This is some of the best food I have had! The rice was SO good. The pork was so juicy and flavorful. If you love Puerto Rican food this is a must!!! We are going back real soon!!!

Absolutely delicious. I got the tripletas. It was absolutely delicious and so filling. The serving sizes are so big. My daughter’s got the pinchos. This is the second time we have been and both times my daughter’s have both eaten until they were completely full which rarely happens. Very fair price. We will definitely be returning. So glad we found this spot

The food and service were amazing!!! The mofongo was perfection and the carne frita was crispy on the outside but juicy and tender inside; absolutely delicious!!! It tasted just like being in the island ! Drove 1 hour and 1/2 and it was worth every mile will definitely be coming back! If you want authentic flavors this is definitely a must!!! 🙂

Swung by for some mofongo. Surely the best I’ve had stateside. The owners were polite and service was great. I really liked that they gave me a device that would let me know when my food was ready. I was able to wait in my car instead of standing outside in the heat. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

Wow! Delicioso!!! If you want to enjoy the cuisine, flavors, and food truck vibes from Puerto Rico. Tripletas Yeyo Will is where you start! The rice with pigeon peas is phenomenal! After one bite, I almost got in the car to get more! ♂️ Long story short, whether you are in Colorado Springs Pueblo, Monument, Castle Rock, Aurora, or wherever you are, take the trip to Fountain, CO, and visit this amazing establishment!

The best real Native Puerto Rican food I have tried in Colorado . Delicious, OMG I feel like I take a trip to Puerto Rico with out taking an airplane. I had try for the moment tripletas, arroz con gandules, pinchos and mofongo with shrimps and I feel in heaven. Thanks for that .
