Hi yesterday evening I was on my way home , when I stopped by Jimmy Johns Sandwich Shop on 14th Farnam Street. I went in and ordered the number 9 , called the ” Italian Night ” Natalia was one of many employees who took my order. She’s a wonderful employee. I ate inside the restaurant, and I enjoyed my meal . I will return to have another different sandwich .

For starters the bread was really hard when I ordered my sandwich I bought two sandwiches and a wrap, my children and I ate that right there and the bread was really hard on both sandwiches the mayonnaise had a Tang to it like it was out all day and it is about to go sour as for the lettuce it was wilted and on the wrap my son got the shell around the rap what’s crispy like it has been sitting out in the air all day

My grandsons and I went to jimmy johns downtown Omaha today for lunch and it was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. So very friendly. Greeted us when we came in and thanked us and told us to have a good day when we were leaving. It did not go unnoticed even by my 13 and 10 year old noticed it..

Teal is the most accommodating employee I’ve seen at a Jimmy John’s. My wife is on crutches and its hard to get around for a whike. Teal went above and beyond to help us with what we needed.

The man who delivered my food was AMAZING! So sweet and so understanding despite my terrible directions. He biked his way to my location carrying a catering order to feed 15 people. He was so respectful, kind and helpful and very funny. I missed his name but THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR!!
