Ordered online with a wait time of 56-66 minutes. Called the store 76 minutes after placing my order and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes because they only had 2 drivers. I changed to carryout and picked up my pizza. After reading old reviews, decided to write one myself because this seems to be a theme. The workers are very kind, but just extremely busy, sweaty, and juggling multiple customers both in person and over the phone. If there’s a staffing issue (such as only 2 drivers delivering pizzas on a Friday night), seems like Dominos needs to instead fix their wait-time algorithm rather than punt the issue to the poor workers.

Very unprofessional, stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting, decided to sit down another person walks in and they take their order, I say can I at least pay for my order she told me to wait behind them after I had been waiting instead of taking my order she asks someone else to take my order, also they have children working there as well, I don’t think proper at all!!

Dominos on Green Springs Hwy, I order my free pizza using my points and it was good. But, it had a slightly burnt crust and not enough of the Asian garlic sauce on the crust. If it had more it would have been really good. It was prepare by Kania. I give the entire order 3.5 !

I basically paid for a pizza which was never delivered to me. I called them and they said they are backed up on orders and are refunding my money. Well, I never got my money back as well. I filed a complaint on Dominos customer service and never heard back. $21.50 is not a small amount and such huge companies making a mockery out of customer experience shocks me.
