I type this as the 15 minute mark passes since placing my order. The young lady at the counter taking mine and my girlfriend’s order was quite rude and short with her conversation. Time to finally get food 25 minutes for two papusa a pollo taco and pollo sope.

Food is quite good, however, you have to wait an insane amount of time to get it. Tables were available but had not been cleaned. Service is horrible, waiter did not get order right. We waited almost an hour and only my food arrived, we waited another 20 or so minutes and my husband’s food never arrived. then they had an attitude when we cancelled half the order since we were tired of waiting. I doubt I’m going back. Horrible, horrible service.

I’ve been going to this place for a very long time. I loved the chicken Nachos, how ever this past Saturday January 4th 2023 I bought an order on my favorite Nachos I was very disappointed the price was higher it used to be 10.99$ now they are almost 15$ I wouldn’t mind paying that, the point is that they Did not taste the same they put less chicken and only put beans cheese and only on the Top the rest of the nachos were Dry. I don’t think I will return unless they make them like before. At least spread the cheese and beans all the way around and add a bit more chicken. Hopefully my review helps out.

I am aware that this is a Hispanic restaurant…. With that being said, as someone who doesn’t fluently speak Spanish but understands it very well; the staff here treat non-Spanish speaking customers as if they don’t exist. They blatantly ignored me for 10+ minutes as I was in line to order my food. They spoke with the Hispanic men behind me before acknowledging me. At this point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I enjoy trying different cultural foods & I’m disappointed that the customer service here was not up to par with their reviews. Everyone matters. Regardless of race, color, or ethnicity.

I have passed this place for the past few years. Decided to take the crew there for lunch today. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Cooked fresh to order. The tortillas are handmade to order. The whole crispy fish is outstanding. Every part of the meal was amazing. This place is definitely a keeper. You can’t go wrong. Bravo!
