High quality. Easily a top three burger. The burger is made to order with fresh ingredients. The burger is cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy. The burger is a good size. The fries are fresh cut from American potatoes and dropped in the fryer upon order. They have a sign that tells you where the fries come from. The fries are always served hot, crispy on the outside and mash potato like on the inside. The Cajun fries come with plenty of seasoning. They are not as generous on the fries portion as other locations. The service is fine, nothing special. The restaurant could be a little cleaner but the kitchen was spotless. Large assortment of drinks, including sugar free ones, in the Coca Cola machine. Complimentary peanuts.

My cheeseburger hamburger was not seasoned on this trip. I found this place over the years to be quite inconsistent. I’ve had amazing 5 guys, and abysmal 5 guys. If want to gamble I’ll go to the casino. Pick a different burger place.

As I entered the establishment, I was met by a cacophony of welcomes from the employees, who were an incredibly friendly group of young men, some with bleached hair (brings me back to 1992). One of these men took my order, and communicated said order to the grillmaster, who was a friendly looking chap. They had my food out in no time, and I must say, it was delectable, the Idaho potatoes fried in peanut oil constitute the perfect side to a marvelous five guys burger, at a reasonable price I might add (thanks inflation). Overall, I had a wondrous, arguably life changing experience at five guys, and I will definitely be returning soon.

I visited this location for the first time on April 18th. Went to wait by the pickup counter and after 15 minutes of not being greeted, helped or even acknowledged my sister went up closer to the counter. The employees continued to talk around us and not even ask us if we needed help with anything. Our order supposed to be ready at 8:44. It was 9:00 when I finally went up and said hey do you guys know when our order will be ready? They looked at each other, laughed and gave it to us. No kindness, terrible customer service and by the time I got to sit down and eat my food it was all soggy. This is not okay. When someone goes to a restaurant or even fast-food chain, they should immediately be greeted and helped as soon as someone is available to do so. It was almost completely empty in the restaurant and all 5 of the girls standing around did nothing to greet us or help us. They didn’t even give us our order when it was ready. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Definitely never visiting this location again.

Customer service was terrible! I tried to order 2 large fries and the cashier told me that the large would feed a family of 5!!! So I got 1 order. When I saw how little fries we got, I sent my daughter to get a second “large” order. Needless to say you could see the difference. She got at least 3 time more fries! I paid $6.98 for large fries that fed 2 of my kids. While we were waiting for our food a couple walked in and we could hear one female employee rolled her eyes and said “ugh, here come 2 more”

First time experience was on Ohio. Truly awful. Dirty store and uncooked food. This place restored it. Clean, fast paced, cooked thoroughly burgers. Definitely did their part of upholding their reputation.

Customer service could use some work. Some tables were dirty as people don’t know how to pick up after themselves. The food is another story. Fresh, made to order and worth the wait. You will get your money’s worth regardless of the size of fries that you order. I ordered a small, yet I received about a quarter of a bag of Cajun fries.
