Very rude employee at drive thru. Doors were locked for breakfast, so we had to order through the window. Young lady kept rudely complaining she couldn’t hear us on the speaker, instead of offering to take our order at window. We just drove off and went to wendys

I’ve lived by this location my entire life visited over 30 times. In maybe a few times I can count on my hand they have gotten my order right (AND THATS TRYING TO REMEMBER) in drive thru. let’s just say I will not be ordering food in drive thru and definetly not not checking my order before I leave. And this is on orders ranging from 10 dollars to over 100

Absolute worst experience of my life picking up an order from this place. Waited an hour and a half for an Uber Eats order. Told the guy the name I was picking up for and by the time 30 minutes went by I texted the customer telling him I had no idea why it was taking so long and apologized, Three other drivers were inside waiting for orders as well just as long as me. We all had arrived at around 10:00 pm and at 11:00 pm they even locked the lobby doors and no staff would even give us an update still on all of our orders, they just continued to clean the kitchen up and ignore us all. By the time it was 11:30 still no help from any employee there and eventually all of us drivers even just had to yell to the back of the kitchen to finally try and get someone’s attention to confirm that if they even still had all of our orders in the system. Cashier tells us all of our orders were gone out of the system now and that they are unsure what even happened to them. Complete waste of everybody’s time and money there that had to drive as well had to deal with the customers being upset for having to wait an hour and a half for something that’s suppose to be FAST food. Will absolutely never pick up another order from this place and advice any other driver should do the same as well.

Their food has gone downhill in recent years. Used to love them, but recently got a Crunch wrap Supreme and Chicken Chipotle Melt. The Crunch wrap was fairly tasteless and half of the insides were squished to one side so the other side was fairly empty. The Chipotle melt was ok, but very thin. Not happy with Taco Bell any more.

I’ve never had a problem coming here until today April 11th around 5:30 pm, a younger kid was working the window and was rushing my fiancé and I to order our food and kept cutting us off after we would start to order something. When we got to the window and received our food my fiancé went to go ask the kid if he put sauce in the bag and he shut the sliding window on us!

We got Tacos Saturday evening and again they didn’t give us what we paid for. I get the same exact thing every time we go in. 3 supreme chicken tacos with Doritos shell. They leave out the sour cream and tomato. Prices keep going up and service keeps getting worse.
