Domino’s NEVER disappoints! We go there ATLEAST once a week but alot of times twice a week, and we’ve been doing this for 2 or 3 years and there’s only been ONE time something my order wasn’t right. And when I went back to get it, they gave it to me for free. But their food NEVER EVER EVER disappoints!!!! My pup even LOVES it. & They all love him, they give him a pup cup every time. He knows where we’re at as soon as we pull in! And 100% of the time he’s the one that greets them at the drive through window! SO CUTE!

Ordering online was decently easy, signed up to receive TX msgs got the first two to let me know it was in the oven and should be ready in 8-10 min and never received the next one for when it would be ready. Waited 25 min and just decided to go in and it had been up there done for a bit, and asked for extra cheese and got charged for extra cheese

Their food is good, but service is lacking. We ordered a pizza an hour before going to pick it up. We get there and they somehow misread the order as one pizza instead of two and were well over the expected time. I get getting busy, but this was completely absurd.

I had a pizza craving. It was late. Domino’s was open! Placed an order online and picked it up since my store doesn’t deliver out to the sticks where I live. Pizza was ready in like 10 minutes. Picked it up and devoured it on my leisurely drive home. Service was friendly at the pickup window. Pizza was so yummy! Love the thin crust pepperoni!

I ordered my pizza an hour before arriving, I put my arrival time at 6:15. We arrived at 6:15 and the tracker was saying our pizza was ready. Upon arriving, we checked in on the app saying that we were there, there is a two minute guarantee or you receive a pizza free for your next visit. After the two minutes we still had not received our pizza. We then waited another 20 minutes without getting our pizza and I tried calling three times they refused to answer the phone so we then went through the drive-through. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to her everything that had happened and was at least expecting an apology, she handed me my pizza, then turned and walked away. How can you expect to have good employees when you cannot even have good managers?! needless to say, we will not go back.
