When pulling in to drive thru you see a sign that says “use both lanes” and when you do you are faced with three cones closing the second lane. Please for the love of God take down the sign if you are not really going to open it. This is the 3rd and last time you make me lose my line spot because of false guidance.

If you have to eat fast food, it may as well be good! Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Everything was cooked fresh to order. We ordered online and dined inside. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice kid friendly section of books, etc. My order wasn’t exactly correct when received but it was quickly remedied with a smile and apologize.

Picked up two orders of strips with extra sauce for the wife and I. Received one order, then had to pull up to the stop sign past the drive-thru and park to wait on the second order. Waited what must have been about 10 minutes and the second order arrived. The person also gave me a card for a free sandwich on our next trip because of the wait. When I arrived at to the office, we only had sauces for one order, both orders were badly overcooked, and the first order received was cold and tough. Quality is not very good. Back to BoJangles in the future.

Chick-fil-A is delicious and the service is always amazing. I just wish that I could get the waffle fries earlier than 10:30am. Some stores like Cookeville & Knoxville do it and others like this store in Crossville doesn’t. It just takes a little longer for them 1st thing in the morning at the other locations & I don’t mind waiting. Those waffle fries are delicious! Sometimes you just want lunch for breakfast because there’s a bunch of people who work overnights at various locations & don’t want breakfast because it’s our dinner time at 7 or 8am. So please, Crossvile location, start serving waffle fries all day so I can get my chicken nugget meal at 8am. You’ll have even more business if you do!!!
