Service was horrible and dishonest, they we’re overcharging me until I question the amount being charge for the order, then they claim that they needed to reset the merchant machine. I went ahead and called the local pizza place to complaint of the occurrence and they manager very rude told me with a really heavy accent “ do you want the order or not” very dishonest and rude location. Do not buy from this place and double check the amount they charge for the order. Need new management or honest ownership.

Not only has the quality of Papa John’s gone down so has their customer service. I got a regular crust pizza with Extra sauce and double pepperoni, I got it with a 1 topping $8.99 carry-out deal so the double pepperoni I knew would be a extra charge. Not only was it dry and have extra sauce but they figured hey let’s charge for but not put the double pepperoni and the crust was like 2″ think like it was stuffed crust just that it wasn’t. When I called to let them know about my disappointment the girl their worker on the phone first admits fault saying ” we have a new trainee and he hasn’t perfected his crust yet” but then tells me I should be more understanding. She proceeds to tell me to go place my comment online and when I said I will and with the store manager as well she tells me ” go for it” WOW Papa John’s such great customer service. So great!!!!

I ordered two large one Topping olive pizza. Pizza was really good made of fresh dough but you can barely find olive on both Pizzas, per slice one olive or three olive. I think they use one pizza topping on two Pizzas. It could be five star review. Edit Now they are working really good, good staff way way better then Dominos but I Still love the Pizza Hut pan pizza more

I don’t know why but their fast food pizza tastes good to me. Their chicken poppers are ok too. But if you order a custom pizza there is a good chance they mess it up.

A female answered the phone and was not even located at a Papa John’s Pizza facility but instead was just a call center representing a large area where a number of Papa John’s Pizza restaurants are located. I ask if any specials were available at the moment and her response was “For how many people?” The rest of our conversation became very unproductive in trying to order a simple to my liking.

Cheese in stuff crust pizza is not real cheese. It looks like wet concrete. Nothing like the picture with stretchy mozzarella cheese. Quality has really taken a nose dive at Papa John’s. I am deleting the app and never ordering from them again.
