As a chain restaurant, it’s very consistent in it’s quality and value. I can’t think of a time that I got a bad meal or a bad experience. I usually order a steamer or the hero. If you are getting it to go and like pickles, I’d recommend asking them to place in another container. The heat of the sandwich can make it the pickle limp.

Stopped last week, got a ham sub, asked for extra pickles. Got home, had NO pickles. Today, same thing, I mentioned no pickles last week, I got a pickle that looked like someone took a couple of bites out of it and a half of a pickle.. really disappointed.

Sandwiches are usually good, but I got a salad today and the lettuce and meats were all frozen. Got about two bites into it and couldn’t eat any more. I usually enjoy their food, but they seem to have gotten worse as of late. Also, the ladies working at this location are sort of rude sometimes.

Our experience last night was awful! Its been getting increasingly worse each visit. We used out app to order online. (A 20 min. drive from our house.) I get to the restaurant, and there are 7 people sitting at tables waiting on their meals. I check the rack for online orders, mine wasn’t ready yet.
