I came through the drive thru to pick up a DoorDash order (I was the only person in the drive thru, and there was no one inside eating). I told them I was there to pick up for doordash, and they said “doordash has to come inside”. The DoorDash order was sitting on the counter, they could have easily handed it to me! I even showed them my phone to prove that I’m DoorDash, they still made me come inside. So, I left the drive thru, got on the freeway, and had to come BACK to the parking lot, just to walk inside and pick the bag up. Rude people, I hate doordashing for this restaurant.

Disappointed in the customer service and not making a order right. Door dash made everything right. IL continue to use door dash but for my first time experience at this restaurant we will never order again. What food we did get from our order was whatever, but it was the man on the other end of the phone who refused to make it right. No loss to either of us, door dash refunded my money for even the items I did get. But lesson learned !
