Stopped for lunch there today. Went in an ordered take out. The drive thru was packed. Inside was almost as busy. The staff was small. But they were taking care of business. The lady at the counter was terrific. My order was perfect. And fast considering the amount of customers in the drive thru. Most places put people in the drive thru before people in the lobby. Not here. My favorite Arby’s. Been going here for years. Never had a bad experience.

The staff was rude charged for American classic and they didn’t give the right food and when told about the mistake they was rude. And talked loud enough for us to hear that they are unhappy that they was told about this mistake. The only employee who was nice was Michaela she was pleasent to deal with.

This was the first time to try the bourbon rib sandwich, it had great smoke flavor but it was on the dry side and the sauce was delicious but wasn’t enough especially to account for the dryness of the meat. I just hope the next one is better.

I will say the girl in the drive through was friendly. Had to be parked to get a fresh chicken sandwich so I didn’t mind. Took a drink of my Dr Pepper and it was carbonated water went in and switched it out. No biggie. Then got home and both orders of fries were ice cold. If you are waiting 3 minutes on chicken make fresh fries folks!
