I got a burger and fries to go, when I got home and took the first bite it was full of hair. Multiple pieces of hair. I looked at the rest of the burger and there were three pieces of hair sticking out of it. I brought it straight back to the restaurant, and the manager told me it didn’t look like anyone that worked there’s hair. I pulled a hair out of the inside of the burger in front of him and he still said he didn’t think it came from the restaurant. Then he gave me a hard time about getting a refund.

Every time when I go to smash burger I choose a signature burger, which is so delicious, really double. It only costs me 10.70$. I pay 1 dollar tip for which costs 12$. It is really enough to get full.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was told it would take 10 minutes. I was fine with that. 15 minutes later, my food was brought out, and I took it home. When I cut the sandwich in half, the chicken inside was still uncooked. I will not be going back to this location.

My visit to this smash burger location off of 36th and Quebec st. was actually the best time since I’ve been eating here. The Cashiers Name was Jenna and she proved and showed that there really is a thing called GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The food was awesome, the atmosphere was second to none. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon.

It was borderline ok, the food was tasty, but it was severely understaffed. Cashier was multitasking as cashier, janitor, and waitress, but this one with the red hair had the attitude of an angry horse. Fries, dead on arrival. Cold and covered in oil. Burger was alright, fresh and hot. Got the Colorado single, would recommend it. My friends order, however, was a complete mess as the tots were overcooked shells and the burger bun was charcoal on the burger side, brisket tough.

Ordered a double smoked bacon brisket burger and smash tots. My burger was dropped on the table when they brought it to us revealing the bun underside to be burnt to a crisp. The brisket was so tough I couldn’t bite it. The tots were over cooked and overly oily like they were sitting in a fryer that was too low of temp for too long. For $20 I expect at least getting food that looks or tastes ok. I hadn’t eaten all day so I was very hungry, and I still couldn’t force myself to finish the meal.
