Used the drive thru and the girl was unprofessional, nasty, and just plain rude. We had a couple of questions, and when we tried to ask them, she got rude and hateful with us and then she said she didn’t know. She didn’t ask someone else, she didn’t have someone else to wait on us, she just paused then asked what we were going to order. The service was horrible, which made the atmosphere horrible. You can’t enjoy being somewhere, when someone is being rude.

i had ordered a couple breakfast items , one of them including a french toast sticks combo meal which i did not receive. my two egg-normous burritos barley had any cheese , and basically the cheese was just at the very bottom. we didn’t have napkins , or any condiments.

Absolute worst customer service experience ever. Drive thru employee did not understand my order, when I tried to politely clarify she threw a 15 min yelling and ranting fit like a toddler; rather than correct the order like a professional and carrying on w the transaction. The pink haired manager comes to the window with an equally unprofessional attitude, like I had done something wrong lol……really BK, how about training your employees in problem resolution and controlling their emotions, instead of supporting that behavior!
