We ordered on the website at 6:30 p.m. Pickup time was listed as 6:45 p.m. We arrived to pick up our order at 6:50 p.m. The lady working the counter was very rude to my husband. He returned to the car after she yelled at him to move so she could help other customers. He re-entered at 7:03 p.m. Our order was still not ready and she again was rude to him. I called to confirm that the current wait time for pickup was 15 minutes. I entered the restaurant at 7:15 p.m. to retrieve our order. The woman was rude to me and crumpled my receipt up and would not hand it to me.

Unbelievable. Paid 15 bucks each for 2 personal pizzas the size of one of my watches…paid $1.20 extra for toppings but both pizzas and they had no toppings virtually…I took photos with a guitar pick on the slices…the 12 buck pasta looked a jail serving…how do I add photos…jezas never again

Just ordered a triple treat box, everything went fine, took the order. Wife gets there to pick it up and they say no cinnamon rolls. No money taken off or anything. And why take the order knowing you can’t fulfill the actual order? Won’t be back. There’s plenty of other pizza places around.

Initially called to place an order no one answered drove over and went inside and waited ten minutes had to call out to someone to come to the front. Someone walks in and hasn’t been there a minute and asks if I was picking up and decided to serve the other person before me. Lady was very rude and complained to me. I walked out. Not a good pizza hut stay away.

Pizza was over cooked to the point of crunchy & cheese on top was black. I usually save half for the next day. Pizza wasn’t appetizing enough to save. I ordered thin, but there was nothing to it. Cinnabon rolls had an overload of frosting- hard to taste the Cinnabon.

Did not deliver the full order, staff were unable to send out a driver to deliver the missing item because they don’t have drivers, and work through Doordash. Manager on duty was unable to remove the missing item from the bill.

Oh my word this Pizza Hut was great! The person who rung is up was so kind, and even fixed the soda machine so my sister could have sierra mist. Such a great place, super clean! Definitely will be back!
