Awesome, Awesome service, very good food. I was there on an off night. It was freezing inside at our table, the server said it was an “air flow thing”, bathroom was reasonably clean but toilets had not been flushed and urinal was plugged. If this place wants to be an upscale eatery like they appear they will have to step it up. I’ll probably go back again but it will have to more comfortable to sit and have a meal than it was tonight. Service was outstanding.

OMG! GREAT place for dinner. Awesome food, dessert there. Love the place and servers. Very clean but one bathroom which was clean and big. Can call for reservations but not necessarily. Great wine selections and they have beer also. Not bad for dinner, a little pricey but worth it! I would come back again for lunch this time. Pretzels is very good.

Usually we have really good service when we have gone. It was our anniversary and we were placed in a room just past the bar. There was a party of 8 and it was extremely loud. I left the place with a headache. I called to complain and the hostess told us there was nothing that could have been done since they were so busy. Even stated she could not get a manager to talk to me. Beyond rude. The food is excellent but will be very specific about where we sit if we go back.

Went here on a suggested date with my wife. From the street this place looked nice. The parking is NOT ample. you should also call ahead for reservations on busy days. Once we got inside, we were greeted and seated. The decor was very nicely done and everyone was very friendly, although rather slow. The chicken I ordered was very well prepared and quickly disappeared from my plate. Being that it was slow, we were there for about an hour to an hour and a half. It wasn’t busy until round 5:30-6pm. 6pm was a beer celebration and everyone received a small sample of the featured beer that day. It was a nice surprise. We ordered the cheesecake for desert. It was really nicely made and again, devoured quickly.

I went to celebrate my sisters promotion and our waitress took over 20 mins to even take our drink order then never came back. After an hour I asked the bartender where our server was. A different server came over and said that the other waitress forgot about us because she was folding silverware… Then the new server forgot about us. I had to go to the bar again and say we needed to order food after 45 more minutes. The food came and she never even checked if we needed anything. We didn’t even eat the food because we were so disgusted with the experience and the food was cold. I’m hoping this is an extreme case for this restaurant because I used to love it here, but I’ll never go back.
