We normally like panda expeesss in our area .. as a restaurant … wasn’t too impressed with this one in the rest area. Agree .. this is not full fledged restaurant… rice and chicken was good but I wish it was better. Wait time and service ! We love this restaurant area though. Good pit stop during long drives .

I am very disappointed the Panda Express Delaware house travel plaza. My free entree code was not honored after I completed the survey. The server Kristin said that the computers are not updated for that however in back of the receipt is the same survey for a free entree. This is very upset that it’s not honored and is falsifying and misleading advertisement.

First time here and the staff was helpful and accommodating when there was a slight language barrier. Ordered white rice and three entrees, all hot and tasty. Not too salty. White rice was *not* an inedible mess, which was great. A bit on the pricey side but that’s understandable due to current global events. I was still excited to try them out and was happy with what I ordered. In addition, the area was clean and looked very nice. I did try to leave feedback on the website using the receipt but it doesn’t appear that this location is participating in the promo, which is fine, there are other locations around. Overall, a perfectly decent experience.

I get honey sesame chicken every single time from multiple locations across the country and it’s never been spicy – not once. Here, it’s spicy AF. Do your research and ask questions if you have experience with Panda Express cause this is likely to be different than you expect

Unequivocally the worst panda express I’ve ever been to. Ruined my lunch break because the wait for my weird, seemingly breaded orange chicken was 33 minutes. DO NOT EAT HERE! They don’t even allow for reviews on their recipt like other panda express locations
