I tried to get a dozen of just glazed on a Monday around 5pm for family meal they didn’t have a dozen. Tried one more time around 6pm still didn’t have a dozen and very little to pick from. So I thought maybe they will have a dozen in the am. Went through about 9am, they had a dozen, but they tasted like 3 days old. Not fresh at all. So I guess no more Dunkin for me. 3 strikes your out. Bremen ga store. You also need employees that one know how to smile and acknowledge that there is a customer in the store.

Nice staff. However, I went in to get some munchkins for my son’s daycare and needed 50 total but in 2 boxes or bags. They were going to two different rooms. I asked if I could pay for the 50 count, since that is what I was buying, but she said “No. You have to pay for two 25 counts if that is what you are buying.” In the end I was buying 50 total munchkins, so it would have been nice to save the $5. It feels like I just paid $5 for a box…..

I felt like I was buying from a vending machine. Employees are busy but do not interact with customers. I went in the store saw 10 workers running around with no cashier. Chick-fil-a is the perfect customer service experience, why do so many companies go to a self service format with limited human being interaction?

Absolutely terrible this morning.. Ordered a coffee online, got to the store, they told me that someone had already taken my drink. They didn’t ask if I wanted another drink, and they didn’t care that I had already paid for it. Just a “sorry sir” and I was on my way.. The bad part is, the front manager is the lady who was helping me.. I guess I’m stuck paying for someone else’s drink today, have always tried to pay it forward, just didn’t see it happening like this
