Meat is over cooked and the customer service is terrible. They are not even trying to make it better. We had ordered chicken tacos and the meat was hard,chewy and overcooked. We had to drive back to let them know about the issue and the response was “I can give you money back for what you brought back”. There was no apology and instead she stated “that’s how the cook always makes it”. Earlier when we took the food we also asked for sauce and she said it’s in the bag but when we got home there was none. When we stated that issue, she said “oh it costs 25c”. We would have paid if she would have just said it earlier, we bought so much food that 25 cents were not going to hurt us. It’s just the matter of customer service and sincerity. Will not be going back. We took the food home and went back – a sincere apology was all it would have taken but this place doesn’t understand that obviously, disappointed also because as soon as we walked away, she started talking about us to the next customer- NOT OKAY! -IT IS RUDE.
