I don’t know what happened, but the quality of the customer service at Dutch Bros of Dallas has went downhill. There used to be some really great employees who were super genuine and kind, but now it seems to have been filled with employees who looked annoyed to be taking your order all while blasting their music and asking you to speak up because they can’t hear you. I wonder why?.. It is disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed Dutch Bros Coffee, but because of the poor customer service, other local businesses like Karma appeal to me now.

Hello, I would like to let you know that the girl that helped me today about 11:30 at the walk-up window is the reason I will be going to Starbucks instead. She had a smile on her face but attitude and the way she spoke to me was very Condescending and off putting to say it as nice as possible. I just left, she was at the walk up window. For the experience people come to dutch bros for she is not up to par.

I went to Dutch brothers on March 8 and was told their system would not take my card, so I went up to the window, and again, they said their system would not take my card. So they gave me a “free“ cup of coffee. So, when I checked my card statement, it shows that I had been charged twice for that cup of coffee. So I went down to Dutch Brothers and asked them about, and they said that it would come off later. So I waited for a couple of days and went back. I asked for the coffee that I obviously had paid for and showed them my card statement that showed I’ve been charge $3.25 price twice for a “free cup of coffee” . Once again, they said give it a while and it would adjust and come off of my statement. It is now 15 March and the two charges are still on my statement. They won’t give me my money back or the cup of coffee that I paid for. they keep telling me it’ll come off and it doesn’t , so I was charged 2 cups of coffee on a “free coffee“! No, I don’t mind paying for the cup of coffee that I purchased but I don’t like paying for the cup of coffee that I didn’t get, but was charged for! Apparently their system was messed up did not show that I had paid and recorded that I had paid for 2 cups of coffee! This is poor customer service. I will not go to Dutch brothers again. Obviously their system is messed up. One of the people working that had come out to my car. Said, when I told him my story, “well it’s working now”! As if he didn’t believe my story! I’m done with Dutch Brothers!!! What a rip off!!

I willingly waited 25 minutes for my coffee it’s the 4th I get it . Then it was terrible , waited another almost 20 minutes for a remake , which was also terrible . The wait wasn’t the problem , the coffee was gross . I threw the remake away as well and just have no intention of returning .
