They didn’t put bananas in my milkshake plus they didn’t give my brother extra chocolate on his hot fudge Sunday and on my sister i laws they ultimate choco brownie blizzard they used vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate

This Dairy Queen used to be one of my least favorite places to eat, mostly because of the slow/poor service; not the food itself. However, the workers that served us when we went in to eat on this particular occasion were absolutely great. I give them a 4 star rating even though part of my order came out wrong. The employees working were all friendly, professional and worked quickly to get our food to us. Hopefully DQ keeps it up so I can start regularly stopping here for food once again.

They do not blend their blizzards all the way down the cup. You get basically half a blizzard and half vanilla ice cream. Teen workers seem to be friendly and eager to please. Very slow drive thru. Owensboro Dairy Queen on Frederica has got it going on with speed and blizzard quality.

I hardly eat at fast food restaurants but today I choose Dairy Queen. I’ve had a busy day so I passed all other fast food thinking this one might be better. Well no. I got popcorn shrimp basket. It was drained in grease and breaded so thick like there was no shrimp in it. The fries were cold and soggy. Needed to change their grease. So I lost about 8 bucks for disgusting food that I didn’t eat.

Poor service and disgusting food. There was only one employee who actually spoke to us outside of taking our food. In terms of food quality, the gravy that came with the chicken strips was chunky and old, the chicken strips themselves weren’t hot, and my burger was probably the most disgusting one I’ve ever had, I don’t think I’ve ever spit out a burger but I definitely did with this one. Avoid unless you want bad service and even worse food.
