Waited 20 min to get seated and 20 min to order just drinks at Shelbyville, IN locationn. 1:20PM on a Saturday and they had one waitress working and no bartenders…felt sorry for the lady.

Service and food was good but they’re obviously short handed. I went to the bathroom and it looked as if whoever was cleaning it just gave up and left the chemicals on the sink, trash can in the middle of the floor and all the cabinets open. The hostess took forever to seat us and after she just stood around not doing much of anything when she could’ve finished the bathroom.

I usually have enjoyed my experience at B-Dubs in the past. I have never been to this location before as I just moved to this town. but while waiting for my Chinese food me and my friend decided to go in and have a drink. Once bartender asked us what we wanted we ordered two shops very normal shots. One was a Vegas bomb The other was a buttery crown. I would say for my experiences needs two shots should be very well known. This girl started to proceed to say that she had no idea how to make one as she went over to the computer she said she couldn’t even find them. She kept saying that they only serve beer and that she’s never been trained. Though I see behind the bar an entire liquor shelf. I would assume the lack of businesses due to the lack of service. Come on managers get it together.

Brittany Hazelbaker is absolutely the worst possible waitress and bartender. She does nothing but throw herself at every man who walks through the door, married or unmarried. So disrespectful. And I also witnessed a manager, whose name is Nikki, being rude to all of her coworkers. And not only is she rude, she sits and drinks on the job and talks bad about them to customers. What type of establishment are you guys running here? I go somewhere to sit down and eat with my friends and have a good time. Not to hear drama and bullcrap and other people’s issues. You guys need to hire some better management and servers. I will never eat at that place again as long as Brittany Hazelbaker or Hyden or whatever her name is this week, is working there. I like to eat in restaurants where people have class and do their job. Also, whatever happened to your server, Danielle, who works there? She was very respectful and a great worker and did her job. You guys need to hire more people like her.

Waited with empty cups to be refilled. Had to go get my own “take home” box. Getting the check took forever, went to the bar to get someone’s attention to bring the check. This was a Sunday at 5pm not busy at all. If it’s diet Pepsi please say so when someone orders diet Coke.

While the food was delicious, it was just way too expensive! It was just my husband and I. He had 10 Honey bbq wings and I had 10 Parmesan and garlic wings, there were 2 drinks………..$41.00! That was ridiculous!! Probably won’t go back. I’ll just buy the Parm and garlic sauce at the store and be happy with it, but we will not be back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We came in for a birthday dinner for my daughter. There was a table of eight seated and two booths with 2 and 4 people seated at them. The waitress asked us how many. We said 8. She told us to hold on. Then the other table of eight asked when someone was going to take their drink order. They had been there for 20 minutes and no one had taken their drink order. Our waitress yelled at another waitress about needing to do her job. They started bickering at each other. Our waitress turned around and told us it was going to be a 45 minute wait. I said are u serious. She said yes is that a problem. My son got on the phone called wings ect. They were busy but we got a table as soon as we walked in. We spent over 200.00 dollars. You have real problem at your restaurant. There was plenty of seating for us. Your waitresses made scene in front of everyone. The couple who walked in behind us also left and went to the other wing place. I won’t ever return to your restaurant! Horrible!!!
