I have been here several times, but today missed the mark. I waited long for my order and the place was entirely disorganized. As I stood by the counter and waited and watched – at one point the entire staff were all looking for kid’s meal bags until they finally decided the reason they couldn’t find them is because they are out of them. My hamburger patties were overcooked and dried out. I would have asked them to remake them, but I heard the cook tell the counter person that they were out of patties. There are spilled french fries, napkins and bags on the floor in back of the counter. The front staff was pointing out to the cook that not enough of the items were cooked to fill the order. In general nothing was operating smoothly. Service was slow*, food was overcooked and dried out. I have been here before and enjoyed it – but not today (they “forgot” to give me my receipt – so instead of responding to their survey I am writing a review here). I will not return until at least mid September and see if they can get their operations back in order, but I’ll avoid for the rest of the summer. (*they were giving out coupons to everyone in drive through because of the slowness)

Employees were very polite, service was a little slow but it seemed like there was only two people working in the kitchen/behind the register on top of running the drive thru. Some areas seemed dirty but they could have been coming off the lunch rush and were catching up on things.

Probably the slowest “fast food” restaurant around, no matter how few cars there are wait is always 20-40+ min. Orders only correct about 50% of the time. I’ve come a few times hoping previous visits were just flukes, unfortunately I don’t think they were.

Went through the drive through at 9:30pm to get a shake and everything was dark and turned off including the indoor lights, drive through menu lights, etc. Knowing they don’t close until 10pm my husband and I called and asked if they were still open. They stated “oh yeah come on through the drive through, we turn the lights off to discourage people from coming so we can close early.”

Went through the drive through 2 days in a row and when ordering just an icecream cone they said they wouldn’t have it ready for 30 minutes. Both times! Just an icecream cone!!!!! So we went somewhere else. Really disappointed with the service lately at this Arctic Circle. Will think twice before going there again.

Ordered 2 burgers at drive thru. It took 45 min with only 4 cars in line. I finally left my car and walked in. The workers were just in there talking to each other. Will never come back to this location.

Got a shake and a corn dog, it took less than 5 minute for it to come out. Both weren’t bad, the biggest markdown for me is that the gift card I have for Arctic Circle didn’t work (either the machines were broken or the staff were untrained, I’m leaning towards the latter option based on what the front of house said).

how long does it take to make one order? i’ve been sitting behind this single car forever just waiting for an ice cream cone. a burger can’t possibly take that long. not planning on waiting here again. this ice cream cone took oddly longer than it should as well!

This is consistently the slowest and most inaccurate Arctic Circle we’ve been to. They never have enough staff. If you don’t want to die of old age at a burger joint, don’t do their drive-thru.
