Love Rosa’s! It’s always packed but worth the wait!! If you get a chance please stop here and get some delicious corn or one of her other snacks, there’s always cold drinks too!!

A 1 room take and go spot in the center of Midtown Ruidoso…right off Sudderth and Eagle across from Noisy Water winery. Amazing roasted corn on the cob. You can get arroz in a cup or roasted in the husk as a snack or to take home. Best side you can get for your vacation rental BBQ!
