WOW!! What a great experience. Everyone was friendly, Logan was nice. The food was top notch. Hands down the best salad I have EVER gotten from a DQ! My husband said his food tasted fresh and everything came out just right at perfect temperature! Place was clean and inviting. We live in Dripping Springs but this will be our new location!

Every employee at this DQ was kind, patient and helpful. We had lunch and enjoyed an ice cream birthday cake at this location- everyone in our group had a great time! The cake I ordered over the phone the day before was ready in time and they even offered us plates, knife and forks to enjoy after our lunch. This DQ location was clean and quiet. My receipt says the employee name was Jason T and he was a delight! He was calm and patient the entire time our family placed each order. He was all smiles and I appreciate that! They all deserve a raise and a weekend off! Thank you, DQ!

UPDATE: 6-2-2023 Owner ask for me to call at the number below which I did when my experience happened and never got a returned phone call! Maybe you should return all phone calls when you get them not just when someone posts a review.

Quality every single time… but far more importantly FRIENDLINESS EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and today was possibly proof as to why – I was able to hear some of the conversations between the employees and one statement truly struck me today from one of the ladies working the ice cream machine– “Quality matters, that’s why I always try to make whatever I’m doing cute.” Yes, yes, and yes — this is a perfect example of a Texas Dairy Queen!

Super clean, well-staffed, good vibes, the food was really fresh and hot, staff was friendly. This DQ definitely stands out amongst the others AND stands shoulders above the other fast food restaurants in the area. It was so pleasant, the staff was all laughing and enjoying themselves together. The food was legit better than a lot of other DQs I have visited. 10/10

I try to avoid fast food as much as possible but this particular Dairy Queen is a notch above the rest. The employees seem happy and efficient and the quality of the food is consistently good. It’s not as cheap as say Taco Bell but hey we’re in Austin and they pay their workers 18/hour so I can’t complain too much. If you need a blizzard or burger fix, come here!

I go in for tacos all the time. Today I went in and received my tacos and the meat was half of what they normally put into a taco. I brought this to the attention of the woman behind the register and she went back to talk to the cook and never came back to give me an explanation as to why they skimped on the meat. I’m posting this and hope the manager sees it and corrects the problem within the store. Always come back and give your customer an explanation…actually as I come back to amend this post they skimped on the lettuce, tomato and didn’t put cheese on the tacos. The Sunday was placed in a freezer for when I was ready for it. Which I know is against the policy of this store. Hopefully, the owner sees this post and address the issues.

Deliciously fresh with nice staff and a clean interior. I don’t think you could have a better fast food experience in Austin. The sundae was great!

Most unprofessional experience with a manager at this location. My husband went to get me a blizzard since I had to work today on the 4th of July. He accidentally left my credit card at the drive through. He called and spoke with the General Manager Savannah who was aware he would be coming to pick it up and told her his name was Chad. When he arrived, Savanah was no longer there. So he asked for my card from the on duty manager Jaylee who proceeded to tell him “that’s none of my business you can leave your number with me and I’ll call you when I find it”. My husband then asks her to call Savannah and walks in front of him with my credit card in her hand while she’s on the phone with her, flicks him off, and then comes back saying “I can’t find it”. My husband said “you just walked by with it in your hand.” She said “that’s someone else’s card” and yet again my husband had to say “it is my wife’s card the name on it is Myira Kettering”. Eventually she throws my card at my husband and hit him with it. During this whole event she was swearing in front of a child that was eating with his mother in the lobby. As well as caused another customer in line to leave the store. This person should not be an employee let alone a manager.
