Nothing to do with the food or the service. It’s so damn cold inside the restaurant. I said something to the lady at the counter who is wearing a long sleeve shirt and she said I thought it was cold also until I went to the kitchen and then came back out and it feels so good. So I guess the AC is on full blast to keep the employees happy and freeze your customers. One older couple come In and stood looking at the menu and when it was their turn to order they left saying it was way too cold to be in here. It was very unpleasant freezing while trying to eat. After a couple bites we just took our stuff with us to eat later. Food was good at least the couple bites we had and service was good except telling me the AC was on for them and as a customer I don’t matter.

Usually I would have great things to say, Honestly I’m disappointed. I order the same thing pretty much every time. I have to call before I can do my online order. Online you cant edit things and if you call you don’t get the points. The lady I talked to today straight up refused. Even though I told her I ordered this every time and told her to pull up my previous orders. She could not get my orders to show up because of their system and refused to help me with my order.

Ordered a medium half sausage half sausage and olives using our points online. Also ordered breadsticks and boneless wings. Online said it would be 20 minutes. Arrived right at the 20 minute mark and the food wasn’t ready. they apologized for it not being ready and said it would be a few more minutes. After a few minutes they brought out the food and said that they gave us a free cheese dip since it took so long. after I got home and looked at the pizza I wish they would have taken a little more time.

Beginning to have issues with our pizzas. The past few times our pizza has not been cooked completely. The dough was still raw on the edges, the middle was inedible. My son orded over 70.00 worth of pizza and other food and it was not very good at all. I hope the issues are fixed soon. We will not waste our money again. They did give a 20.00 credit for the order over 70.00 lol seems like a hustle to me. They can keep that 20.00… a small price to learn how they feel about & treat their patrons.

Get the order right. I ordered extra sauce on two pizzas. They barely had any. One pepperoni pizza was baked well done. The other barely done. The breadsticks are the only reason I ordered from here and they were trash. They had barely any topping on them. They were hard to even see the lines to tear them apart. And one set had a random horizontal cut across them.
