Every time I come to this Dunks the drive thru is out of control and you can’t even get a parking spot to go in and order due to the ridiculous line coming in at 2 entrances, but it goes fairly quickly and I think I know why…some of the worker’s just do not care about quality customer service.

This is the worst Dunkin’ location. You can’t drive in or out without causing a traffic jam. Today, they closed the walk-in even when they had plenty of employees working and not a lot of drive thru. Just unacceptable.

I have gotten coffee from here many times and the service is always good. However, it would be nice if certain employees would refrain from making rude and annoying comments about what a customer has in their vehicle. It is also creepy that an employee is paying that much attention to what’s in someone’s car.
