I’ve visited this location 4 times already since I’m new to the area. Staff gets a little rude when I asked for more salad for my regular bowl… also pita chips are oily than normal. Lastly I don’t think the staff knew I’m fluent in Spanish and when I tipped they mentioned in Spanish “she only tipped $3” Im appalled by that because I work for the money I’m spending and tipping! Sadly I don’t think I’ll be returning… even the manager on duty has the same customer service attitude as the rest of her staff.

The quality of the food is inconsistent. Today the ranch dressing tasted watered down, another time the chicken was tough and flavorless. The service hit a new low today. A server in the middle of the line was so slow that I considered leaving before my salad was finished. It has always been high priced for what you get, but when the quality of the ingredients suffer and the line slows down to a crawl it is time to go elsewhere.

EXTREMELY skimpy on the salads! They do not want to give you your moneys worth at this location. If you like to mix your lettuce/greens up they ask you first if you only want a certain type and if you say you want another type also, they will put less or either take some out to add whatever other greens you want. I like a lot of veggies in my salad and I have to specifically say 2 or 3 spoons of whatever I want and even then they try to scoop less. My daughter left still hungry. My father wanted more fruit on his salad and was charged $4 extra for it. These salads cost entirely too much for them to be acting skimpy with everything. I feel sorry for folks that order online or get theirs delivery.

The food is good but this rating is for service. There is one woman there who is nasty every time I go in. Every time she builds my salad she under portions the chicken (which honestly the one scoop isn’t really enough anyways). This time, I asked for a little bit more dressing -just 1/4 scoop- and she dolloped a heaping spoonful onto the salad. My salad is DRENCHED. She has a terrible attitude and looks like she’s miserable and doesn’t want to be there.

This is my go to lunch destination. They have the best dressings I’ve tasted in a long time. All their ingredients are fresh and delicious. I haven’t tried the soup yet but my coworkers have and they say the tomato soup is to die for. Customer service is right on point. You’re able to walk in and sit down within 5 minutes to start your meal which is always a plus when you’re on the run. Great selection good people here on nasa road 1 Nassau Bay. You should go visit them and give this place a try. And if you like it there’s a lot of them located all over Houston. If this helps hit the like button thumbs up.

Review Update: I did finally see that the other reviewer was talking about.. the guy came out with gloves on and used his gloved hand to touch all of my food. He even handled the walnuts right after he used his hand to grab my salmon. His phone went off in his pocket while he was making my salad and he used the same gloved hand to reach down and turn it off through his pants. I dont think I will be back to this location.
