Worth ever penny, what a treat! Brisket is a delicious mix of tangy, mildly spicy, and smokey notes. Buns just the right density for a sandwich. Mac and cheese tasted homemade and was super creamy. Pit beans are on point and honestly made a great dessert.

Hell yes! Exactly the kind of authentic BBQ place I was hoping it would be. Hidden gem well worth the stop of I-40. Brisket very tender with a nice kick. Highly recommend for real barbecue afficianados. Wish it was Saturday so I could take home some ribs, too. Don’t let the location fool you!

If I could give stars I would. Don’t be deterred by the location. This is some of the BEST bbq I have EVER had!!! And the people are sooo nice. I wasn’t even hungry but I ate the whole brisket sandwich. ♥️♥️ Can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this place if you are going through Moriarty NM.

We stopped here after we had been to the two cemeteries, putting out flags for our veterans and meeting with some friends up the way. First time here, and pleasantly surprised with how great the food was! Both my husband and I had heard the food was good, so quite pleased. We had the brisket sandwiches and I found it quite it moist and tender. We found a table there as the weather was gorgeous, and I sat in the sunshine, while my husband sat in some shade. We were given a paper menu to take home which should make it easier to call an order in ahead of arriving, as the parking is minimal.

Loaded fries with both brisket AND pulled pork, beer cheese sauce and BBQ sauce. Seriously, you get all the best flavors from this truck in a single box of cholesterol heaven! EASILY shared this with a loved one and had no room to eat the other food we ordered!

Best damn food ever. Their sides are fresh made from scratch!! The daily specials are fantastic!! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu!! This is the Thursday special. Pork tenderloin sandwich. I asked for a piece of cheese…had no idea how enormous the tenderloin was. BUT it was sooooo good!!!! Took the leftovers home and had another amazing sandwich!!?

While staying at The Old Route 66 RV park we took a short hike up the hill and found The Red Arrow Bbq Truck. My burger and fries were delicious and the Brisket Mac & cheese was Amazing! Don’t forget to get an ice cream cone for dessert! There is plenty of outdoor table seating, the food was piping hot and the service was fast. Definitely a Must-Stop on our way to Albuquerque!
