Overall, the sandwiches were good. The service was good. There was a slight miscommunication. I didn’t want mayonnaise on my veggie sandwich. They forget to do what I requested. But, I just told them not to make another sandwich for me to avoid waste. The sandwiches were good and filling. It was about $20 for a regular Turkey sandwich and small veggie sandwich meal deal. I am not use to spending $20 for fast food for two people, because I rarely eat fast food sandwiches unless the group or person I am with prefers or selects fast food. Was it worth it? Yes. The best part is you get reward points and a free regular sandwich purchase on you your next visit if you join their free rewards membership and download their app. I would order more vegetables on my veggie sandwich yet the small sandwich filled me up alone as my only meal for that day.

I ordered via the online app at 1230pm, my order was received at 145pm. I never received my 4 bags of chips and when I confronted the driver he said it was in one of the bags and took off. That was not true there were no chips, additionally I did not receive the mayonnaise package that I had requested and the lettuce was brown from my unwhich. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The staff here are great, ingredients are also high quality; I just wish the standard size subs were larger. I found myself having to get a second lunch, the medium size sub is more like a snack. The next larger size sub is a 16” monster, probably feeds a small family.

If I could leave this franchise less than 1 star I would. The owner/manager is an absolute disgrace to the Jimmy John’s name. Employees threatening to fight potential customers in the parking lot. Another employee calling potential customers racial slurs. This all happened too while the manager was outside watching it and clapping. This location is full of immature entitled workers who don’t follow any type of instructions. The delivery drivers pull out of parking spots like it’s fast and the furious. Then will proceed to tell you they can’t see because their car is so low, so of course the most justifiable thing to do is to speed out of a parking spot and hope you don’t hit anyone!

I absolutely LOVE JJs, and choose to eat there whenever I travel, as there isn’t one close to where I live. I was looking forward to a delicious, soft bread Turkey Tom for lunch…but didn’t receive what I craved. I used the app for pick up, and upon arrival it seemed only 1 person was there, so I had to wait a few minutes. The lady in front of me (whose order was going to be made after mine) asked for her sandwich to be cut in half….I did not request mine cut, but it was. It made car eating a challenge as the wrapper and sandwich wanted to flop over.
