First time here and first bite of the potato salad and beans and ribs and sausage and brisket and I am pleasantly pleased. Very well smoked, tender and tasty even without the barbecue sauce. Good portions as well. I had to go back in for my barbecue sauce, other than that extremely excellent. Yummy!

I just moved to this area and stopped by to try it and I was not disappointed. This place is awesome. The sausage and brisket are some of the best in Fort Worth. I don’t like beans but this place has the best tasting beans I’ve ever had. Their bbq sauce is thin and extremely tasty. It’s definitely going to be a regular spot.

The barbeque here is awesome! It’s local and has a unique flavor. Wouldn’t try eating at the location but taking a to go order from here is going to be a good dinner every time. Love the smoked chicken and of course the ribs but one issue is baby back ribs are on the menu but they don’t seem to ever have any.

If you can find this hole in the wall BBQ place, you won’t leave hungry or disappointed. Fantastic brisket and sausage links. While I did not have the ribs, they looked incredible. Great smoke flavor on everything, and the sauces were the perfect complement to the meat. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely delicious! It’s a small establishment, but the ribs and brisket had big flavor. The parking is limited (about 5 spaces), but there is a drive through. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

The food is actually really good….when you can get in. Twice now we have tried to order food within their advertised business hours and there’s absolutely no one there. It’s not as though we call or show up right before closing – we’re talking at least 2 hours before the posted closing time and all the lights are off. It’s really disappointing and, though we enjoy the food, we may never go back because their availability is unreliable.

Love love love Wilson’s BBQ!! This has been my go to place for ribs and brisket for the last 3 years! Always tender and smoked perfectly! I like the sauce too! If I had one criticism it would be for him to add more seasonong to the ribs, but that’s just my opinion and I add mine at home.
