The only thing that was impossible was making this Impossible Whopper! The wait time was over 30 minutes long, with 4 people serving this location. They ONLY serve the drive-thru. 1 person went on a smoke break, They stood around and socialized in the inside versus taking people order, and YES, they were was a manager on-site. Wish I had read the prior reviews!!! I definitely won’t be spending any more money here!!

Ordered three #1s without the sausage (egg & chz) & orange juice. Person taking my order, & later giving me my purchase, she was polite & pleasant. However, when I reached home to eat the meals, the potatoes (little round tater tot-likes) were quite hard, even just to chew & break through outer portion of it! Solution: check my order as soon as it’s given to me.

The drive through employee(Talia) had very poor customer service. Not once did she greet us. She was talking at us very aggressively as if we were irritating her. Once we arrito the window she still did not greet us. She was very rude from beginning to end. Just handed us the food closed the window and walked off. We stayed to check our food. She approached the window again still not saying anything and just stood there with a frown on her face until we pulled off. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat all customers in that manner. I would never visit this location(Evan Mills Rd store number 28283) ever again because of her attitude.

The place was very clean. The team members were friendly. The whopper burger was hot and fresh. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I didn’t care for it. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was definitely lacking spice. There ice cream machine was not working, which was annoying because the kids really wanted ice cream. Besides that, this location was good!

I went thru the drive thru and they pulled me up to wait for chicken nuggets. The nuggets were old and grease soaked like they had been sitting and they decided to just drop them in the fryer really quickly to warm them up. Fries weren’t done, cold and limp. The best thing was my CocaCola. Sad. Didn’t even get a receipt to take it back. No napkins and they forgot my sauce.

Skip this BK location and find another! Service is deplorable and disrespectful and the food made me throw up… I ordered my food and when I got to the window I was given a dirty cup with a shake that had a ton of syrup on the outside. I asked the tall gentleman at the window if he had seen the cup before giving it to me… Not only was the outside of the cup dirty but I ordered a chocolate shake and he gave me a vanilla shake with a slight chocolate swirl. I was watching him make the shake so I’m guessing it was too tiring to mix the chocolate in and allow the machine to mix it properly. Then the order for the meal ended up being wrong although I asked again to confirm and he lied to get rid of me. When I got home and ate my sandwich I threw up shortly after. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did something to my meal as he had a very bad attitude. Unfortunately he looked like management. Don’t go there unless you want to be livid and sick.

Google said they were open. I pull up at 11:15 pm and they are closed . I pull back around b/c I’m like no way . The guy comes on the intercom and says there are only accepting mobile orders . I go to put in a mobile order and they aren’t accepting orders there either . I literally left Sonics and drove to Burger King and Sonics was open and serving . ALL these poor complaints you would think they’ll do something if not Lithonia/Stonecrest whoever needs to look at putting another chain there .

Crew is on point. Excellent manager and staff. Matthew was absolutely great. I had a large group and they took care of us while having other customers. The food was actually cooked great too. Compared to other BKs in the entire area.

WAS a my go to place. Then all of a sudden I go up there to get something to eat. I order a impossible whopper and a side of medium-sized fries. When I got to the light I tried the fries and they tasted like they were 2 days old and been sitting out. No salt on the fries.
