Stopped here on a road trip to Toronto and I’m so glad I did. The food and service were excellent. I ordered the cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. The portion size was just right and the steak was packed with flavor. Easy 5 stars for sure.

The best place to eat in the area. Amanda Lou’s is the whole package, top food, clean and bright, great staff who are totally attentive. This is the classic American small town diner. Awesome atmosphere with locals meeting up for breakfast.

What a great welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are friendly and very efficient. We had a great breakfast at a great price. I was very pleased and the over easy eggs were perfect. Would recommend stopping in at Amanda Lous. Your belly will thsnk you.

Now this is a really, really really good place. If you’re looking for down home cooking and extremely friendly service people nice people nice to look at young ladies. . Then I would suggest taking a trip to this Gastro pub. Now the lady that makes the pancakes must’ve been mad. They were good but a little on the tough side. I think when she was mixing the batter she was mad at something and she really really beat the batter up because they were kind of Stiff. Now I have blueberry pancakes and they tasted really good. Very large plate size pancakes I had one which I had gastric bypass so I don’t eat a tremendous amount and I split it with a friend of mine and we both have plenty to eat I got bacon, which was four strips of bacon The way a lot of southern people like it very crunchy. I like mine about medium but I did not tell her that I got it the way it comes out to see how they do and my mom would’ve loved the bacon. She loved extra crunchy and it was at such now my two other friends that were with me had this And I think it was called garbage plate omelette. It had everything you could think of all of the meats including pepperoni steak sausage, bacon smoked sausage might’ve been some chicken in there. I’m not sure I don’t eat this kind of stuff they loved it and also come with French toast to pretty good size pieces, and one could not finish his breakfast he ate about half, but he said it was awesome. They listened when both people said no tomatoes there were no tomatoes anywhere near our plates. Our waitress was absolutely a sweet, beautiful young lady. She was just as nice to me as if I was a every day local I never had to ask for some more coffee. They brought me plenty of Splenda and cream to go in my coffee and it had a very good flavor. It was not a bitter coffee now or burnt tasting. It was really really good. I would actually go back again if I was in the neighborhood and try dinner and see what they had up there for that but it was a very yummy yummy meal.
