Sweet family and the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. I stopped by on my way back to Texas and the only thing I am upset about is that they are not in Texas ☹️ My family got tacos de birria sin queso and the menudo. It was all very delicious! And their salsa was a hit. Highly recommend this spot!

When I saw this gray food truck I had to stop! Tios has the sweetest family working there and serving the best birria in town. I promise this taco truck is worth the pit stop. The birria meat was so juicy and soft. It’s about time we had a modern taco spot. This local business deserves a 5 star! My cousin also ordered the quesadilla and she loved it. Presentation was perfect and I loved that it wasn’t greasy.
