Stopped in late afternoon on a Saturday. The server Christy was quick to get our order and the food came out quickly. Everything was hot and excellent. Fried pork chops were moist and not dried out. Price was great. We need to eat here more often.

Great place to eat! I’ve been coming here my whole life. The food has always been great and my kids love it! Best stuffed potatoes around. They also have wings that are really good. The hush puppies are great too! Amazing bbq! And the best sweet tea you can get! I will always recommend Old Gin. It’s not fast food, but it’s good food and absolutely worth the wait! The staff are some of the sweetest people you could meet and I will continue giving them my business for years to come!

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Limestone county. It’s tucked away up in Elkmont, but people seriously need to check it out. They have excellent food, prices, and service here, which is hard to find all at one place these days. My wife and I ate a full breakfast spread for $15 altogether.

Just happened upon this bbq spot traveling from Lester to Nashville. Met a very nice lady at the drive through. Ordered two bbq sandwiches with slaw and they were very good and very large. I smoke competition bbq and usually don’t eat other folks because I usually get disappointed by others but not today. Well done!!

The catfish, okra, and green beans were amazing! I only wish I hadn’t ordered the large because it is HUGE!!! I am so glad our host recommended Ole Gin House! This brought back memories of my childhood in the south and my aunt making fresh catfish! Don’t pass by, stop!!
