Maybe it was a busy night, maybe it was not enough staff, but the front end was not organized or working well as a team. The shift lead was running around very flustered. The gal taking orders didn’t seem to know what was going on most of the time. They got my order kinda wrong, but I had waited long enough and just accepted it. I ordered two different mini blizzards, but they came out the same flavor (s’mores) so I wasn’t mad just disappointed. The shift lead offered to fix it but i told him that he had enough on his plate.

We ordered on the apple When we got there all we were handed from our 40$ was 2 drinks and told thank you have a good night. Then we said we are missing the food. Then we realized we were still missing a drink. When we got the bag of food we were missing food. We were asked to pull up….we waited for more than 10 minutes. I had to pull back through the window. I just handed the food back and told them to refund my money. First time and last time there.
