I ordered online because I had a large order. Came in after getting notified the order was done. Was missing 2 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks. After showing what I had paid for, the manager still wanted to argue with me. He wanted me to leave without fulfilling the order. Even gave me an attitude when I asked for an apology. I can’t believe that this store has gone so far down hill.

Not hot, nothing is EVER ready. This location was fairly dirty and the staff were not only rude but they quoted me a time frame of 30-40 minutes for 2 pizzas! What is the point??? You wait that long for delivery for God’s sake.

I used to work at little Caesar’s so I know how to read their tickets. My order sat for 15 minutes before being place into the portal. Neither the pizza or Italian bread was cut through and both were lukewarm/ stale looking.

(7:15pm 8/2/2020) Dropping my rating to 1 star since less than 1 is not available. I am again having issues with the product I am paying for at this location. There is barely any bell pepper on the pizza and when i asked the manager (Brittney) about this they tell me that multiple topping pizzas get half servings of toppings yet this has less than it usually does (my go to pizza i get often). Manager refused to remake or correct the issue. You can see from the image that the top half of the pizza is pretty much devoid of bell pepper and the bacon is limited as well. Will be contacting corporate on monday. 3/10/2022: maintaining 1 star at this location, last I checked sauce was one of the ingredients on the classic cheese. Maybe I am wrong. This one doesn’t have any and yes it took a lot of extra cutting.

The pizza was fine. The portal service was not. They normally only put a maximum of two pizzas in each slot. If you order three or more, additional doors will open. Instead, on 3/31/23, they had jammed three pizzas into a single slot, located at the very bottom of the portal. So, I am squatting on the floor, trying to balance hot pizzas on my lap, while wiggling the additional one out, all while trying not to touch the inside of the portal, which they warn you “is hot.” I am an old man, and this was really physically tough. It was also unnecessary, since most of the slots were empty. Was it revenge for not adding a tip when I ordered online? What’s the tip for anyway? Doing your job?

Avoid this location, management allowance of vagrants to harass customers, right now when is rolling on the ground 5 ft in front of the store. Trevor the manager said he would take care of it but we’d like to see the stuff resolved on their own motivation without me having to ask them to do it SMH horribly run company and complex allowing this kind of element to take over! Paying customers should be more of a priority if you want to stay in biz 🙁

This is suppose to be extra most bestest cheese and what the heck on the cutting. Also I pre-ordered online and it was 20min late being ready. Again I give this location a chance and they fail miserably. I am happy to say after driving back to the store and costing me an extra 20min of time they replaced the pizza with the correct order.

I just came from getting my usual, 2 hot and readies. the associate who always waits on me is the NICEST, MOST PLEASANT YOUNG PERSON and needs to be recognized. It isn’t just with me but everyone.
